Introduction

VISDAMAX Malaysia can partner with global power generation equipment suppliers to deliver fully integrated, turnkey power and co-generation (CHP) plants ranging from 200kWe to 5MWe. These systems can be configured for pure electricity generation or combined heat and power applications, using steam turbines or Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) technologies. Depending on client needs, the plant can operate on medium to high-pressure steam or unpressurized thermal oil, and all systems are designed for seamless integration with VISDAMAX’s SCADA-based heat plant control systems.

Steam Turbine Systems

Compatible with a variety of steam turbines brands.
Supports multiple configurations:
Condensing or vacuum condensing turbines for standalone power generation (1–5MWe). Condensing and extraction turbines for CHP applications, allowing adjustable steam extraction for processing. Back pressure turbines for co-generation with 1–5 barg exhaust pressure for downstream use. Operates on saturated or superheated steam (pressures from 9 to 42 barg). Full integration with SCADA for centralized monitoring and control.

ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) Systems

Compatible with a variety of ORC turbine brands. Generates 200kWe to 5MWe using thermal oil to other mediums, eliminating the need for pressurized steam boilers. Suitable for sites that are already running thermal oil or pressurized hot water systems. Can function as a power-only or CHP system producing hot water for downstream process use. Full integration with SCADA for centralized monitoring and control.
